Band of Scoundrels was founded with the sole aim of creating the best barbecue known to man. Our whole menu revolves around a hand built wood fired smoker, where we are engaged in the ancient art of curing, smoking and cooking low and slow. We only use the highest quality ingredients, source the best wood and never rush or cut corners to serve up a taste experience that will fill your heart with sweet gladness.
